Alfredo is an all encompassing bodyworker, exceptional in both his education and skills. His philosophy is simple: relax the mind, and the body will follow. His sessions are unique and tailored to each individual by blending multiple disciplines and techniques, utilizing Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and acupressure with hot stones and heat therapy, guided by medical Qi Gong and Reiki. He uses firm pressure where tension holds while maintaining a gentle and relaxing flow balance throughout the body.

Before finding his calling, Alfredo worked in IT, where an injury forced him to take his health into his own hands, ultimately leading him to Chinese medical school. During his time studying Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, he realized bodywork was his passion. As his understanding grew and his became fascinated by how beneficial bodywork could be. This new path led him to join the massage program to deepen his knowledge of manual therapy.

Through his own journey of healing and recovering from his injury, Alfredo experienced firsthand the benefits of working on the body with his hands. He realized this was where his passion truly lay. He felt a deep connection to the work and noticed how the nervous system became calmer, giving the body space it needed to heal from inside out. He believes the two practices are perfect complements.
