For 24–48 hours prior, avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatory medications (if medically appropriate), as these may interfere with the body’s natural healing response.

 

Arrive with a clean scalp and freshly washed hair, and inform your practitioner of any scalp infections, irritation, open wounds, or medications that may affect healing or hair growth.

Post-Treatment Care:

After hair regrowth microneedling, mild scalp redness, warmth, or sensitivity is normal and typically resolves within 24–72 hours. For the first 24 hours, avoid washing your hair, sweating heavily, touching the treated scalp, or applying hair products such as gels, sprays, or oils.

Over the next few days, resume gentle hair washing and apply only the recommended hair growth serums or treatments provided. Avoid excessive sun exposure to the scalp, saunas, swimming pools, and harsh hair or scalp treatments for several days to support proper healing and optimal hair growth stimulation.
